(Co-Founder & COO)Mr.Jadav Dhirajbhai is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in rural microfinance and cooperative sector lending. With a B.Sc in Chemistry and, Diploma in Software and Hardware Networking, he held key positions at reputable organizations like Equitas Small Finance Bank, Light Microfinance, RBL-Swadhar, Fino Payment Bank, Geo-Sansar, and IBM. Mr. Jadav's commitment to innovation and tech-based solutions aims to streamline microfinance operations and optimize procedures. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SMF Micro Services Association, Mr. Jadav will oversee the organization's business operations and ensure continuous growth. His strategic mindset and dedication to process improvement will drive the company forward, providing effective and impactful services to the society.
Sachin Patel
(Head of Strategy & Partnerships)Mr.Sachin Patel is a highly skilled leader with over 25 years of cross-cultural experience in strategy development, business growth, and revenue optimization. He excels in communication, resource utilization and meeting deadlines, and is skilled in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), e-procurement, and negotiation processes. Mr.Patel is adept at establishing strategic partnerships, managing projects and operations and driving digital business development. As a co-founder of AXON group, he manages the NBFC, Infrastructure, and Automobile wings, with a special focus on operations in Axon Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. He has successfully finalized service level agreements, developed digital platforms for real-time data management, and conducted business opportunity analyses. He has also previously held roles in procurement, contracts, and offshore drilling operations. His involvement in micro-lending initiatives demonstrates his commitment to social development. Mr. Patel is a Co-Founder of SMF and serves as Head of Strategy & Partnerships.
Mr.Ahmed Raza Khan
(Associate & Co Founder )Mr. Ahmed Raza Khan, a science graduate, a qualified cost accountant, company secretary and lawyer, has wide experience in the areas of project finance, project implementation, finance raising ( both debt and equity through various modes , local or international market, including via IPOs, FPO, private placement, from banks and FI etc). He has more than 27 years of varied experience and has worked in leadership roles as head of the depts. in- accounts & finance, insurance, company-secretary & compliances, regulatory affairs, insurance, legal & litigation, commercial and international bidding as developer /EPC contractor in infra/water/power/social infra/construction projects. He worked in oil and gas ( exploration, production, city gas distribution), chemical, power- water- industrial Utilities (IPPs, IWPs, CGD etc), and construction sector (in India and middle east region). In his recent roles, Mr. Khan has co-founded and serving as the Principal Officer and Director of Axon Insurance Broking Private Ltd, focusing on retail insurance for the SME sector. He is also engaged in bad debt recovery in co-founded Axon Finance and Securities Ltd. Additionally, he also co-founded Axon Infralink Private Ltd, which focuses on water distribution pipeline projects. Mr. Khan’s keenness to work for the socially and financially underprivileged section of the society led him to Co – found SMF Micro Services Association. His presence in the company will help SMF in building robust mechanism for Finance, Credit, Risk Management and compliance departments.
Mr. Prakash Thaker
(Co-Founder & Head HR & administration)Mr. Prakash Thaker is a highly experienced and accomplished banking and finance professional with a career spanning over 37 years. With a background in retail banking, rural and agricultural financing, credit and risk management, and sustainable operations. With a B.Sc in Chemistry, Diploma in Journalism, and CAIIB certification, he has held key positions in prominent organizations. He held various positions at Dena Bank and Muthoot Finance. At SMF Micro Services Association, he is Director, overseeing administration and human resources departments, and taking charge of operational risk mitigation. Mr. Prakash's commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and team management makes him a valuable asset to the organization.
